Material of Construction :-
- Casing: All the wetted parts are covered through the molded construction to withstand corrosion and erosion .
- Impeller: The impeller is semi-open type hydraulically balanced by back vanes, used in our all nonmetallic pumps to suit both clear and polluted fluids.
- Shaft: The Shaft is made from SS 316/Titanium protected by shaft sleeve of Teflon or ceramic.
- Bracket/Bearing Housing: Made from heavy duty graded casting coated with anti-corrosive paint.
- Bearing: Standard Ball Bearings are used.
- Mechanical Seal: Use mechanical seal best suitable for your application.
- Coupling: Love-Joy type.
- Base Frame: Made from heavy duty graded Cast Iron coated with anti-corrosive paint.
Application:-
- Phosphoric Acid Plants: H3PO4, H2SO4, HF and their mixture with or without solid (gypsum) up to 40% conc.
- Gas Washing Plants: Scrubbed Liquids containing C12, Br2, F2, 12, So2, So3, Co2, Nh3, Gases tec. with solids replace Hast Alloy.
