Material of Construction :-
- casing– all the wetted parts are made from investment casting, sand casting with superior quality.
- impeller– the impeller is enclosed type hydraulicall y balanced by back vanes for smaller size imepeller and wear rings for large size impeller.
- shaft– the shaft is made from ss is machined accurately and is assembly by antifriction bearings. shaft sleeve is added to protect shaft from wear.
- stuffing box– the stuffing box is sealed with help of mechanical seal or by gland packing.
- bearing– standard deep groove ball bearing are used.
- mechanical seal– use mechanical seal/gland type best suitable for your application.
- coupling– love joy type.
